England is simply a part of Great Britain, which also consists of Scotland and Wales. The United Kingdom includes those three, but then throws in Northern Ireland for fun. The British Isles is a bunch of islands...Great Britain being one...you also get Ireland in there and the Isle of Man...as well as some smaller islands that I don't know much about. The Commonwealth of Nations is an organization of a bunch of different countries, and it used to go by the name The British Commonwealth.
